Job Title –Executive/Senior Executive

Qualification & Experience

Graduate - Any

Location – Mumbai or Chennai

Experience = 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities Area

1. Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Governance

Execute end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) administration, including monthly PF Challan

Working, uploading monthly ECRs, updating PF Date of Exit, and filing PF Joint Declarations

for employee data updates.

Manage monthly Professional Tax (PT) Challan Working across state jurisdictions, ensuring

accurate slab calculations and timely filings for Mumbai and Kolkata offices.

Oversee monthly ESIC Challan Working and statutory compliance schedules specifically for

regional branch operations in Mumbai and Kolkata.

Drive full ownership of UAN / Member ID Generation for all new joinees during onboarding

to maintain 100% compliance from Day 1.

Draft and compile periodic Compliance Obligation Reports and coordinate the filing of

statutory Returns for Mumbai and Kolkata regional authorities.

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) to resolve employee PF queries, grievances,

transfer requests, and withdrawal escalations.

2. Payroll Support & Exit Management

Prepare, calculate, and validate comprehensive Full & Final (FNF) Input data for offboarding

employees, including encashments, recoveries, and statutory payouts.

Generate, verify, and issue Payroll-Related Letters

Facilitate the offboarding workflow by drafting and delivering official Release Documents,

experience certificates, and relieving letters.

3. HR Operations & Audit Readiness

Administer the organization's Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP), guiding employees on component

allocation and tax-saving declarations.

Prepare and maintain HR Reporting Data, delivering key analytics on headcount trends,

attrition, and operational metrics for leadership review.

Maintain, organize, and archive meticulous Audit Docs to guarantee 100% audit readiness for

internal, external, and government statutory labor audits.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

Domain Expertise: Thorough practical knowledge of Indian Statutory Compliance (EPFO, ESIC,

PT laws for Maharashtra & West Bengal, Payment of Wages, Gratuity Act).

Technical Skills:

o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data

Validation) for high-volume payroll and compliance computations.

o Hands-on expertise navigating EPFO Unified Portal, ESIC portal, and regional PT Portals.
