Agri-food tech startup Agrizy, founded in 2021 by Saket Chirania and Vicky Dodani, is dedicated to transforming the agrifood processing sector. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Agrizy addresses the common challenges encountered by FPOs and MSME agrifood processors. Through Agrizy, the underutilized capacities of MSME agrifood processors are linked with the customized processing needs of major buyers in both domestic and global markets. Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Partnerships to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, DSA networks, financial consultants, loan syndicators, brokers, and channel partners. The role will focus on partner acquisition, activation, relationship management, and business generation across Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Discounting, and Working Capital Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a PAN India network of DSAs, financial consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Onboard, activate, and manage partners to generate a consistent business pipeline.
- Drive business acquisition through partner channels and self-generated leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Lending Partners for smooth transaction processing and
disbursements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Agrizy's financial products and services.
- Track partner performance, business volumes, and maintain MIS reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, BFSI, Fintech, Trade Finance, Working Capital Lending, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in managing DSAs, channel partners, loan syndicators, or referral networks.
- Existing network among DSAs, NBFCs, Banks, Financial Consultants, or Corporate Clients will be an
added advantage.
