  • Good knowledge of lens materials, optical measurements and eye testing
  • Good communication in Hindi as well as English
  • Escalation handling

Role

  • Team leader of calling executives in KMT (knowledge Management team)
  • Reporting to Head of department

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling the technical and critical issues calls
  • Address correct information with stores
  • Root cause analysis of technical and critical issues
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Identifying the increased issues and suggest a solve for it
