Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of financial planning and investment services. The Operations Manager will oversee operational processes, ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, optimize efficiency, manage teams, and liaise with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach in monitoring operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Equity Operations
- Download, verify, and process month-end equity statements for clients.
- Prepare and share Advance Tax, Annual Tax, and client-specific holding reports.
- Manage Pay-In operations:
- Send confirmation emails for online transfers.
- Enter cheque details, track clearing status, and map cleared amounts.
- Process Pay-Out transactions through CRPS software and maintain complete audit trails.
- Monitor daily debit/credit balances and weekly cash positions.
- Maintain, update, and reconcile all Equity MIS, trackers, and databases.
- Oversee trade orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Manage account opening, modification, closure, and transmission requests.
- Handle dematerialization requests, ensuring proper validation and case-wise follow-up.
2. Fixed Income Operations
- Send monthly maturity reminders to Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate with registrars for bond details, validation, and document requirements.
- Maintain and update fixed-income transaction files on SharePoint.
- Follow up with branches to ensure timely submission of documents for FI processing.
- Update monthly FD interest rates and manage rate-sheet accuracy.
- Validate and reconcile commission payouts for fixed-income products.
- Handle all operational queries related to bonds and fixed-income instruments.
3. Loan Against Securities (LAS)
- Support end-to-end onboarding and online account-opening workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational queries.
- Manage payout processing, closure documentation, and related operational steps.
4. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with RMs, branches, custodians, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide support for internal/external audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce operational gaps.
Budget: 6-7 lacs Per Annum

Education: Graduate with NISM Certification (preferred)
