Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive-NOC Engineer located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive-NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. The role requires close coordination with various teams to ensure smooth operation and high network performance. The engineer will also be expected to resolve network-related incidents and participate in network optimization activities.
Qualifications
- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Network Security skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma in Computer mputer Engineering
- Experience in telecom or related industry is beneficial
