Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for elevator products and services across commercial and residential sectors.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide technical consultations to clients regarding elevator specifications, installations, and after-sales services.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's elevator products, technologies, and service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, customer demands, and potential competitors.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's market presence.
Who we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the elevator, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of elevator products, technologies, and installation processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to elevators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical details in a simple and clear manner to clients.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities and close complex sales deals.
- Experience in managing long sales cycles and high-value contracts.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
