Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Client Growth to support revenue growth through existing clients, inbound leads, and partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience in client servicing, account management, or business development, who can identify opportunities, support pitches, and help convert warm leads—without cold calling or outbound sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Growth Support
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing client accounts.
- Work with Account Managers to expand scope of work.
- Support in building account growth plans.
Inbound Lead Handling
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries, referrals, and warm leads.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and aligning them with agency offerings.
- Support conversion of leads into active clients.
Proposal & Pitch Execution
- Create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate with Strategy and Creative teams for inputs.
- Assist in client meetings and presentations.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, and Media teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during pre-sales stages.
Pipeline Tracking
- Maintain a tracker of leads, opportunities, and ongoing discussions.
- Provide regular updates on status, conversions, and revenue potential.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency
- Background in client servicing, account management, or BD support
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Ability to spot growth opportunities within existing clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

- Has exposure to client interaction and pitching

- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency setup
