Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential new customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to finalize sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Work to meet and exceed specific sales quotas and revenue goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma, in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of experience in elevator or construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities are essential for engaging clients and building rapport.
- Strong abilities to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
