Senior Executive MIS

About the Role

Vedantu is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and business performance tracking across teams. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, Google Sheets, Excel trackers, and internal databases.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Track KPIs, productivity metrics, conversion rates, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Academic, and Support teams to gather and validate data.
• Maintain master databases and reporting systems.
• Automate reports and improve reporting processes using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support management reviews, audits, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Operations Analytics, or Business Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Power Query, Macros, and Data Validation.
• Experience working with CRM tools and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech, BFSI, or service-based organizations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or other reporting tools.
• Experience in report automation and process improvement initiatives.
