Role and Responsibilities :
. Working closely with the Operations Team in communicating the Surges, Incentives and other form of communications to the Delivery partner workforce on a daily basis . Working closely with the Operations Team in maintaining the Payout / Rule configurations to avoid any defects in payouts to the delivery partners across their cities . Working closely with the stakeholders like alchemist team, payouts team, data science and configurations team to maintain the correct structures . Working closely with the product team for proper in app visibility and communications for the Delivery Partners . Working closely with the Central communications team to communicate messages / payouts to the Delivery Partners via various channels like WhatsApp, Know Nuggets, Push Notifications, sms, google rcs, etc. . Analyzing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for exponentially required to support operations on a daily basis . Co-create initiatives to the Operations teams to meet day to day objectives to retain attrition and retain DEs with proper communications and get the payout rules configured . Gather relevant data from various sources and Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into a usable format . Help a manager with data and automating interactive dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of key metrics . Provide recommendations based on data findings to support decision-making . Oversee and maintain our multiple tools and dashboards like - stack, Ops dashboards, alchemist tools, communication tools, analytics platforms, spreadsheets and learn new dashboards to support the growing market needs with utmost perfection . Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, including BTL, ATL ,activations and samplingKey skill sets we are looking for -
. Min 3 year Work Experience of SQL and MS-Excel, Google spreadsheets, Figma and other dashboards and Tools . Understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) to work with databases and extract the right information required for decision making . Ability to clean, explore, and structure the data from data to use day to day . Bachelors degree is must in Marketing, Management, Engineering or Arts
