Recent brand additions at The Collective and the launch of stores such as Ted Baker, Polo Ralph Lauren and American Eagle are indicative of the same endeavor. With so much more to follow and given our proven track record of execution, there is reason to be excited about the action-packed road ahead.
Job Context
The invoice provided by the buyers at the tradeshow after the order confirmation is matched with the predetermined data involving size, quantity and categories. The creation of PO, Style codes and IBD are completed, then the payments are processed. SAP is the main software used for 90% of the work.
Key Challenges
Discrepancy: When the size, quantity and categories do not match the expectation.
Software: When there are certain changes with the software.
Interrelating: To interrelate various aspects is another major challenge.

KRA1 Material Master Creation Create masters in SAP once orders are confirmed by the buyers to the respective brands
KRA2 PO Creations PO to be created in SAP and sent to SCM teams
KRA3 Facilitating Payments Prepare documentation for payments
KRA4 SCM Co-ordination Handover order confirmation/ payments to SCM
KRA5 Skills Possess good multitasking skills and proactive work attitude, good attention to detail, accuracy and an eye for inconsistency, Have the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a project driven and fast paced operational environment. Ability to Work on SAP/ Excel.
