Senior Executive-MDMGBSS Master Data Management Executive - US shift (Material , customer, vendor and Price Master)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with preferably MBA.
- Orientation course in SAP MM / SD module will be added advantage
- 3 to 5 years of experiences in Material , customer, vendor and Price Master in SAP ECC / HANA is required
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, a must
- Demonstrated experience with SAP master data management & governance concepts.
- Working experience on SAP MDG would be an added advantage
- Ability to work well with people at various levels and with different cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio etc.)
Roles And Responsibilities
The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as Global Master Data SME and provide support and expertise as required to all sites within the Business (primarily sites in US, UK and Canada)
- Maintain various masters in SAP like Material Master, vendor Master, Customer Master and Price master
- Understand the impact of the master data on downstream operations
- Apply standard POLICY CHECKs and DATA QUALITY checks on the new /change master data request received from the requestor. Coordinate with end users for missing information, approvals and data correction
- Maintain the service level of turnaround of 1 working day and 100% accuracy for all the new/change master data requests received from end users/ business / sites ( mainly from US, UK , Europe and Canada geographies
- Continue the development of data standards, processes and procedure for various master data domains.
- Identify areas of additional system control, automation, process standardization to ensure data quality, data standardization and data integrity is of highest standard
- Periodic review of the Standard Operating Procedures and update the same
- Provide support to SAP implementation projects by representing the MDM function in SAP testing, data cleansing, data migration.
- Work collaboratively with other functions (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, BD, IT, Manufacturing sites etc.) to ensure Master Data & Other related issues are resolved and objectives are met.
