We are hiring for Master Data Management role based at Noida.

JD -

1. Master Data Governance Leadership

  • Establish and lead the organization's Master Data Governance Framework — including policies, standards, ownership, and approval workflows.
  • Define global and local data ownership models and ensure accountability for each master data domain.
  • Lead the MDM review board or steering committee to enforce governance decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

2. Data Management Oversight

  • Oversee creation, validation, and maintenance of all ERP master data including Vendors, Customers, Chart of Accounts, and Plant/Location masters.
  • Ensure data alignment across ERP and integrated systems (MES, WMS, CRM, PLM, etc.).
  • Supervise the master data team to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Monitor and enforce data approval Automation, workflows, naming conventions, and attribute standards.

3. Data Quality & Compliance

  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, duplication, timeliness).
  • Conduct periodic data audits and coordinate cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Support internal, external, and compliance audits (e.g., ISO, SOX, statutory).
  • Ensure version control and traceability of master data changes with full audit history.

4. ERP Data Integration & Projects

  • Lead master data streams for ERP rollouts, upgrades, and manufacturing plant implementations.
  • Coordinate data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation during system changes.
  • Work closely with IT, Business, and Functional teams to optimize data flows between systems.
  • Evaluate and implement data governance tools and automation solutions for MDM.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy supports operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance to functional consultants and key users on master data standards.
  • Conduct workshops and training for end-users on MDM processes, templates, and best practices.

 

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in ERP Master Data Management.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and financial processes.
  • Proven experience in defining and managing data frameworks.
  • Proficient in data validation, cleansing, and migration processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
