- Conducting beauty workshops, masterclasses, and community-driven events.
- Planning college activations and handling campus ambassador programs.
- Building partnerships with women's clubs and salons.
- 3. User-Generated Content Campaigns
- Encouraging customers to share photos/videos after store visits.
- Executing Review & Win and similar engagement contests.
- 4. Short Video & Reels Marketing
- Creating trending transitions, before/after videos, and quick tips.
- Producing 1530 sec store highlight videos.
- Developing localised reels using trending audio.
- 5. Partnership Marketing
- Collaborating with spas, salons, cafs, and other partners for cross-promotion.
- Executing co-branded events and exclusive offers.
- 6. Review Optimization
- Strong and consistent Google Review management to boost store credibility.
