Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior Executive – Marketing and Activations to join our growing marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing and executing operational aspects of brand & marketing, with a focus on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, Brand merchandise, sales collaterals, and vendor management. You'll work cross-functionally with R&D, packaging, sales, HR and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the brand's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exhibitions & Trade Shows
- Manage all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
- Ensure timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations.
- Collate all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to SFDC, in coordination with the sales and CRM teams.
2. Social Media Coordination
- Act as the liaison between the company and the external social media agency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Packaging, Sales, HR) to source content ideas and product information.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to ensure brand consistency.
3. Marketing Budget & Finance
- Track all marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance team for processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain updated records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
4. Sales Collateral Management
- Drive the creation, review, and distribution of brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
- Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers for timely execution.
- Maintain a repository of up-to-date marketing assets for the sales team.
5. Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events.
- Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
6. Brand Identity Implementation
- Ensure consistent implementation of the brand identity across all touchpoints and materials.
- Review physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, events, and collaterals.
- Work with marketing leadership to audit and improve brand consistency.
7. Merchandise & Gifting
- Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise such as T-shirts, diaries, calendars, gifting items, labels, and packaging materials.
- Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
8. Lead Monitoring & Coordination
· Monitor and track incoming enquiries generated through social media, website, and digital campaigns.
· Maintain accurate records of enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up with the relevant sales teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
· 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding or coordination.
· Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experiencein managing BTL activities.
· Strong project management and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across collaterals.
· Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
