We are seeking a highly effective Senior Executive/Manager, Retrenchment Response Team to join our Career Services & Partnership Group dedicated to employment and employability!

We are hiring team players who are keen to create an impact on the employment and employability of our workforce. In this role, you will support NTUC's sub-department and focus on creating, developing, and delivering integrated solutions via various initiatives, fine-tune and manage end-to-end processes of outplacement/re-deployment exercises and collaborate with stakeholders to provide career transition support to vulnerable, at-risk and displaced workers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Possess good knowledge of employment-related schemes and programmes under e2i and the Government.
  • Develop new and deepen current partnerships opportunities with unions, companies, and training providers for outreach to workers.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to co-create interventions for impacted workers, including curation and operationalisation matters pertaining to employability training.
  • Provide employment facilitation assistance and manage enquiries for impacted workers on job matching and job referrals.
  • Oversee and manage resources to optimise ground deployment and support given.
  • Assist in data cleaning and entry, as well as tracking client cases in the case management systems.
  • Prepare data into clear and insightful reports for management to make informed decisions that impact the lives of jobseekers.

Job Requirements

  • Independent worker who takes self-initiatives to drive process productivity, improvements, and capability improvements.
  • Innovative and able to adapt to changing dynamics.
  • Good proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint to analyse and present data.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of jobseekers and cultivate a strong relationship with partners and stakeholders.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of various government initiatives on manpower interventions in various industries would be advantageous.

Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute

Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
