Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in an IT / ITeS organization registered under SEZ or STPI, who has hands-on experience in export-related compliance, documentation, and statutory submissions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in STPI regulations, SOFTEX processes, and export banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
SEZ / STPI Compliance
- Handle SEZ / STPI operational compliance and statutory submissions
- Prepare and submit SOFTEX forms within stipulated timelines
- Prepare and submit APR (Annual Performance Report) and MPR (Monthly Performance Report)
- Coordinate with STPI / SEZ authorities for approvals, audits, and clarifications
- Maintain compliance documentation and records
Export & Banking Operations
- Manage export service documentation and compliance requirements
- Handle EBRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate) documentation and submission
- Coordinate foreign exchange (FX) conversion processes with banks
- Manage export remittance settlement and reconciliation
- Handle Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) documentation and related filings
- Support overdraft (OD) and other credit facility documentation
- Coordinate with banks for export/import-related transactions and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in SEZ / STPI compliance and export operations
- Experience working in an IT / ITeS organization registered under SEZ or STPI
- Strong hands-on experience in SOFTEX preparation and submission
- Experience in APR & MPR preparation and filing
- Strong knowledge of banking operations related to exports/imports
- Experience with EBRC documentation, FX conversion, and remittance reconciliation
- Familiarity with ODI documentation and RBI compliance
- Good coordination skills with banks and statutory authorities
