  • Implement always-on journeys such as onboarding, win-back, and loyalty engagement to drive retention

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to product development by aligning customer insights with business priorities
  • Provide input on UI and UX to ensure seamless and intuitive customer experience

Data, Insights and Optimisation

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and product features
  • Track and report performance against defined objectives, with clear recommendations

AI and Automation (Evolving Scope)

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve campaign execution, content creation, and reporting
  • Streamline manual workflows through scalable solutions
  • Stay informed on new tools and practices, and support their adoption within the team

Business and Stakeholder Support

  • Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven campaign ideas
  • Contribute broader digital marketing knowledge across SEO, SEM, social, and content
  • Communicate plans, insights, and results clearly to stakeholders, including senior management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within e-commerce, hospitality, travel, or digital-led environments is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, MoEngage, or CleverTap
  • Ability to work with data, APIs, tracking, and personalisation concepts, and collaborate effectively with technical teams
