Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to maintain production schedules.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies; promote a safety-first culture.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; prepare management reports.
