Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end operations for Emerging Markets, from business signing to commercial execution.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Project Management (PM) teams on filings and legalized document exchanges.

Alliance & Supply Chain Management

Follow up with partners on Distribution Agreements (DAs), filings, approvals, and launches.
Collaborate with PM and supply chain teams on special imports and Purchase Order (PO) execution.

Transportation & Vendor Management

Organize pharmaceutical product transportation and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.
Engage logistics service providers to meet quality and service standards.

Finance Coordination

Data & Reporting

Analyse logistics data, generate reports on trends, and recommend operational improvements.

Problem Resolution & Collaboration

Resolve logistics issues promptly, reporting to the cluster head.
Partner with procurement, sales, marketing, and other teams to align with business strategy.
Provide customer support and manage feedback.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven expertise in international logistics for CIS, African, Asian, and MENA regions , regulated markets
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in flexible USA-India hours.
Strong knowledge of logistics quality assurance standards.
