Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end legal and customer contract management for global operations. The role also includes ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end drafting, reviewing, and vetting of legal documents, including contracts with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and third parties.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents and correspondence, such as resolutions and Powers of Attorney.
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements.
- Proofread and edit legal correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain organized indexing, filing, and research of legal documents, opinions, court decisions, and related records.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other legal documentation as required.
- Organize, coordinate, and prioritize day-to-day tasks to support the efficient functioning of the legal and commercial office.
- Draft, edit, and format complex correspondence, including responses to legal notices received from employees, vendors, and customers.

- Effective time management, analytical thinking, and the confidence to handle complex legal matters independently
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Full time BA.LLB (Hons)/BBA.LLB (Hons)/LLB degree from a reputed college/university.
2. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in contracts drafting, vetting and commercial contracts management preferably within IT or technology-based organizations.
