Selection Curation & Expansion:

  • Analyze market needs to strategically grow product selection across sub-categories and brands.
  • Curate and expand the assortment to ensure competitive offerings.

Vendor & Partnership Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.
  • Negotiate and optimize vendor terms, pricing, and agreements.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

P&L Ownership:

  • Take full accountability for the profitability of assigned brands.

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term growth plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to launch promotions and features that enhance customer experience.

Pricing & Commercial Acumen:

  • Use data-driven insights and market analysis to set competitive prices and maximize profitability.

Inventory Management & Optimization:

  • Ensure consistent product availability across warehouses.
  • Monitor Days of Cover (DOC) and maintain optimal stock levels.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Report key performance metrics, progress against goals, and risks to senior management.
