Senior Executive - IT (Master data management)

To oversee and manage the organization's data assets, ensuring their quality, governance, and security, while also extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decision-making. This role bridges the technical and analytical aspects of data, ensuring its correct use, governance, and value realization for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into databases or data warehouses.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure high data quality standards.
• Work closely with different departments (e.g., finance, marketing, product) for data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Implement measures to secure sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in extracting, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into databases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulae.
• Capability of Data cleansing, Data accuracy and Data validation.
• Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
