Maintain and regularly update the institutional repository of quality-related documents, reports, policies, records, and evidences in alignment with accreditation and statutory requirements.
Compile, verify, analyse, and consolidate data/reports received from academic and administrative departments for submission to accreditation, regulatory, and ranking bodies.
Coordinate with Schools, Departments, Centres, and administrative offices for timely collection, validation, and tracking of institutional data and supporting documents through MIS.
Maintain/prepare proper documentation of event reports, and related evidences.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely handling of institutional data and records.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the office of IQAC from time to time.

Excellent computing skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in handling spreadsheets, data management, report compilation, and analysis preparation.

Preferred Experience
Relevant experience in accreditation, MIS management, report writing/management, data analysis, social media handling or institutional quality processes will be preferred.
