As an Inside Sales Executive at Wooden Street, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, build relationships, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products and services.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch Wooden Street offerings, handle objections, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Wooden Street's product range, features, and benefits to accurately inform and persuade customers.
- CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, update customer information, and follow up on leads.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts, to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field. Experience in the furniture or home dcor industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
