Ravelcare is a BSE-listed D2C brand building personalized haircare and skincare for Indian consumers. We're growing fast and our influencer channel is one of our highest-leverage growth levers. We're looking for someone who knows this space inside out — not just gifting and seeding, but building a full-funnel influencer engine that drives measurable business outcomes.
What you'll own
- Build and manage an influencer roster across nano, micro, and macro tiers — Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to haircare and skincare.
- Own end-to-end execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking for paid collaborations.
- Drive full-funnel thinking — from awareness-building content to conversion-focused collabs with tracked coupon codes, affiliate links, and UTMs.
- Identify and onboard new talent independently — you shouldn't need a list handed to you.
- Report on campaign ROI, EMV, CPV, reach, and content quality — and use that data to improve the next round, not just justify the last one.
- Work closely with the content and performance teams to repurpose influencer content for Meta ads and organic brand channels.
- Measure ROI and performance for all campaigns with the appropriate metrics.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in influencer or creator marketing, preferably in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle D2C.
- Strong existing network of creators in the haircare, skincare, or wellness space is a plus — not required, but meaningful.
- You understand what makes a brief good, what makes content convert, and when to push back on a creator for quality.
- Comfortable with numbers — you can calculate CPV, EMV, ROI, and use spreadsheets without being prompted.
- Self-starter. We're a lean team — you need to move fast and figure things out, not wait for direction at every step.
