We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Executive IHM to join our IHM Survey and Maintenance Team in Chennai. In this role, you will be part of our mission to ensure vessels meet international environmental standards through accurate hazardous materials management.

Key Responsibilities
  • IHM Data Management:
  • Maintain and verify hazardous materials data in compliance with EU Ship Recycling Regulations (EU SRR).
  • Supplier Coordination:
  • Communicate with global suppliers to ensure timely procurement of documents and materials for IHM compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a central contact between ship operators, technical managers, and the IHM Maintenance Team for smooth operations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide IHM Maintenance Executives to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely task completion.
  • Managerial Support:
  • Assist the IHM Maintenance Manager in project planning, report generation, and monitoring progress.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement operational enhancements that improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Maritime Experience:
  • Preference for candidates with a Marine Engineering background or experience in ship management or regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership Qualities:
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and ensure accountability.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), able to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced in working with data systems.
  • Solution-Oriented:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of resolving challenges quickly and efficiently.
