Job Description

Job Title - Senior Executive Human Resources

Shift schedule - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST (5 day onsite, no remote/hybrid option)

Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014

Role Overview -

You will work closely with business leaders, turn hiring needs into winning talent strategies, and own the recruitment journey end-to-end. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy creating meaningful candidate experiences, this role is built for you.

What You will Be Doing -

Own the entire hiring lifecycle—from talent mapping and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding support

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, deeply understanding team goals, skill needs, and hiring timelines

Craft smart sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and proactive networking

Evaluate candidates through resume screening and engaging first-round conversations

Orchestrate seamless interview experiences and drive timely, data-backed hiring decisions

Build and nurture talent pipelines to stay ahead of current and future hiring demands

Champion a candidate-first approach at every touchpoint

Track, analyze, and share recruitment insights like time-to-hire, source performance, and conversion ratios

Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and recruitment best standards

Support employer branding efforts, hiring campaigns, and recruitment events

What Makes You a Great Fit -

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

5-6 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Comfortable juggling multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Excellent communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach

Self-driven, organized, and confident in managing priorities independently

Preferred Skillset -

Prior experience working in a B2B industry, preferably in an HR, People, or employee engagement role.

Hands-on experience in PEP (People Engagement Programs), including planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

Strong event management and coordination skills, with the ability to independently organize internal events and activities.

Confident anchoring and public-speaking skills, with the ability to engage and interact comfortably with employees and stakeholders.

Good social media skills, particularly LinkedIn, with the ability to create engaging and creative posts and employee-centric content.

Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video or employee engagement content for social media and internal communications.

Strong MS Excel skills, with the ability to create reports, track HR/people metrics, analyze data, and present insights effectively.

Good presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations to business stakeholders and employees.

Creative, energetic, and proactive approach toward employee engagement and people initiatives.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and effectively handle competing priorities.
