Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role based in the corporate office, New Delhi. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, Pan India recruitment, staff attendance, HR Software, and overseeing general HR functions. This role requires the ability to maintain a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• HR management
• HR Operations and Employee Relations skills
• Experience of working on HRMS and employee attendance
• Experience in recruitment and Talent acquisition pan India
• Experience in Joining and onboarding of new hires
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus

Salary Scale

Rs.4,80,000 to Rs.5,50,000 per annum
