- Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes seamlessly.
- Coordinate timely completion of FnF settlements, documentation, and HR systems updates.
- Support hiring teams by ensuring manpower requisitions and approvals are aligned with business priorities.
3. Performance Management
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Coach managers and employees on performance feedback and development planning.
- Track capability gaps and support implementation of learning interventions.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Resolve employee concerns with sensitivity, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR policies.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations where required and support closure as per organizational norms.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards: attrition, attendance, manpower, hiring status, and other KPIs.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for improved workforce planning.
6. Business Support
- Understand business urgencies and provide agile HR support.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of HR-related tasks essential for business continuity — including urgent onboarding requirements.
