We're looking for a dynamic, people-centric, and process-driven Senior HR Executive who is passionate about building culture, driving performance, and shaping employee experience. HR Operations & Compliance- Oversee complete HR lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, probation review, exits, and full-and-final settlement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, HRMS updates, attendance, and leave monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory benefits, and audit requirements.
Employee Relations & Communication- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Build an open, respectful, and engaging environment through transparent communication.
- Manage employee feedback channels, grievance handling, and culture-building initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate experience.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and create hiring plans.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Performance Management & Development- Lead annual and mid-year performance evaluation cycles.
- Assist in goal-setting frameworks, KPI alignment, and productivity evaluation.
- Support learning & development programs, skill mapping, and leadership grooming.
Culture, Engagement & HR Initiatives- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and corporate events.
- Design policies and initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee retention.
- Enhance employee morale, recognition, and workplace belonging.
HR Strategy & Reporting- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, salary inputs, and analytics for leadership review.
- Identify HR process gaps and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership on people strategy, succession planning, and organisational structure.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred: MBA / PGDM in HR, Organisational Psychology, or similar specialisation
- Prior experience in a fast-growing or structured HR environment is an advantage
