This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role based in Ahmedabad, India. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management practices. The role involves collaborating with various teams, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and labor laws.

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources functions
• Strong expertise in HR Operations and implementation of effective policies
• Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations
• Knowledge of developing and executing HR Policies in alignment with organizational goals
• Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
