Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Executive who goes beyond execution and actively identifies gaps in hiring, onboarding, and people processes, and designs strategic solutions to improve quality, speed, and employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great hiring and onboarding are business enablers, not just HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
Analyze existing hiring processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and quality issues
Design and implement structured, scalable hiring frameworks aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to forecast talent needs
Improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality
Drive data-backed hiring decisions and process improvements
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Audit current onboarding practices and build a seamless, standardized onboarding journey
Ensure new hires are productive, engaged, and aligned from Day 1
Create onboarding playbooks, checklists, and role-specific induction plans
Continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and retention metrics
HR Strategy & Process Improvement
Identify gaps in HR policies, documentation, and workflows
Design people strategies that support scale, performance, and retention
Implement HR best practices across the employee lifecycle
Build strong coordination between HR, leadership, and delivery teams
Stakeholder & Culture Management
Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership and teams
Support a high-ownership, performance-driven culture
Handle employee relations, feedback, and engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
58+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in tech / service-based companies
Proven experience in process improvement for hiring and onboarding
Strong ability to think strategically and execute practically
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience scaling teams and HR processes in growing organizations
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
