Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role based in Erode. The Senior Executive HR will oversee daily HR operations, including employee life cycle management, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination in collaboration with relevant internal teams. The role includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to support compliance and a positive workplace culture. The incumbent will handle employee relations, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and performance-related discussions. The Senior Executive HR will also support talent acquisition, coordinate training and development programs, prepare HR reports and dashboards, and partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including employee life cycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS usage.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, engagement, and communication.
  • Experience in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational values.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field); a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
  • 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR and workplace ethics.
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Erode, collaborate across departments
