Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The individual in this role will handle HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include addressing HR-related issues, supporting workforce planning, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and driving human resources initiatives aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary actions, and

mediate disputes to maintain a positive and conflict-free workplace.

2. Performance Management:

Administer performance appraisal processes, manage performance-related

issues, and provide support and coaching to employees and managers.

3. Policy and Compliance:

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring

compliance with labor laws, employment legislation, and workplace safety

standards relevant to the textile industry.

4. HR Analytics:

Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential

issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies

5. Labor Laws:

Stay updated on specific labor laws and collective bargaining agreements that may

apply to large workforces in textile factories.

6. Workplace Safety:

Ensure HR policies and practices align with stringent workplace safety regulations

common in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations, including workforce planning and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and experience resolving workplace issues effectively.
  • Experience in policy formulation and implementation within HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of local laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar senior HR role
