Job Description Executive / Sr Executive

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and volume hiring mandates across business units. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, coordination with business teams, and the ability to meet large-scale manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, mid-level, and support roles across business verticals.

Understand manpower requirements from business heads and create a hiring plan accordingly.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.), referrals, social media, walk-ins, and field sourcing.

Conduct telephonic screenings and evaluate candidates fitment based on role requirements.

Coordinate with business / operations teams for interview scheduling and feedback collection.

Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.

Maintain daily and weekly hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Drive bulk hiring initiatives and support project-based recruitment drives.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and hiring SLAs.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

3 7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment / volume hiring (preferably in staffing, BPO, BFSI, FMCG, or service industries).

Hands-on experience in blue/grey collar and entry-to-mid level hiring.

Proficiency in Excel, job portals, and basic HR tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.

Strong networking and candidate engagement abilities.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related discipline.
