We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in bulk and volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining high-quality hiring standards across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk/volume hiring for multiple roles within tight deadlines
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver accordingly
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in bulk hiring/volume recruitment
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
