Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in bulk and volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining high-quality hiring standards across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle bulk/volume hiring for multiple roles within tight deadlines
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver accordingly
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in bulk hiring/volume recruitment
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
