Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR documentation: Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and leaves to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure payroll accuracy: Oversee payroll administration for both on-roll and contract employees, ensuring zero discrepancies.
- Drive statutory compliance: Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, labour welfare fund, professional tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead learning & development: Prepare and execute the annual training calendar, digitalize trainings via SuccessFactors, and ensure 100% adherence.
- Support employee committees: Handle POSH, welfare, and grievance committees, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Oversee administration: Maintain hygiene standards, manage logistics for meetings/events, and ensure timely renewal of AMC & insurance.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- HR operations expertise: 5–7 years of experience in HR & Admin with strong knowledge of statutory compliance under Factories and Labour laws.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong networks across teams.
- Coordination ability: Proven skills in coordinating multiple functions and managing office operations smoothly.
- Technical proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
- Language fluency: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
