Job Description
- Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems (Employee Konnect HRIS System).
- Time Office Management: Knowledge about Leave Management System, Time office etc.
- Payroll Input Preparation: Providing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Overtime, Canteen etc) to Corporate payroll office.
- Employee Life cycle : Managing the process of (onboarding & Offboarding) thru Employee Konnect.
- HR Reporting and Audits: Generating HR reports, participating in HR audits, exposure in data analysis, working in SAP & Success Factor module.
- Performance Management: Drivingperformance management processes for the Site in the Employee Konnect system, including performance reviews and feedback.
- Compensation and Benefits: Exposure in making Flexible Benefit Plan for the employees.
- Manpower Budget: Preparation and compilation of Manpower budget as per requirement.
- Employee Engagement - Driving Suggestion Schemeat the Site with relevant stakeholders
