Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization's human resources department. The role also includes collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
