Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage attendance records and provide support for leave administration and related HR operations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes, including payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, insurance, and employee welfare schemes.
  • Coordinate employee benefit programs and address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain data accuracy, and support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive, employee-centric work environment and promote employee engagement and organizational culture
