Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk, calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and client coordination
  • Assist walk-in clients and ensure a pleasant service experience
  • Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Manage stationery and basic center supplies
  • Handle fee collection, receipts, and daily reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 12 years experience in admin/front office/customer care
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling
  • Customer-oriented, well-presented, and able to multitask
