Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Core Compliance: Extensive knowledge of the Labour Act and related statutory regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Proficient in filing compliance challans and managing end-to-end statutory documentation.
- Audit & Grievance: Ability to lead/assist in statutory audits and effectively handle employee grievances related to compliance.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor law filings.
