Required Skills & Competencies:
- Should have 9+ years of actual experience as an HR Executive (50% IT hiring & 50% Generalist) with reputed IT companies. (Exp range can be 9 yrs to 13 years)
- Should be a Graduate + MBA (Full-time). (Graduation in Engg / IT preferred, with strong long-term experience in IT companies is also OK)
- Should have good English communication & MS Excel skills.
- Should be a Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai resident. Ready to work 5 days WFO @ Prabhadevi.
- End-to-end recruitment- Hands-on experience in self-sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing & campaigns, campus drives, candidate engagement, and salary negotiations. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and current market trends.
- Hr Generalist activities like – L&T ACTIVITIES, Performance evaluation, Disciplinary action, HRIS.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in self-sourcing via Naukri, Campus drives, LinkedIn campaigns, Candidate connect, Salary negotiations.
