Designation: Senior HR Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and required competencies.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and compliance requirements.
- Stay informed about HR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in human resources.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in disciplinary discussions and investigations when required.
4. Performance Management
- Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Assist managers in evaluating employee performance and driving improvement initiatives.
5. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure smooth transitions during employment.
6. Payroll & HR Administration
- Provide required data and inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain and update HR reports, documentation, and internal trackers.
7. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support employee recognition initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical or behavioral training programs for employees.
9. HR Tools & Systems
- Use HRMS and other HR tools for employee data management,
- attendance tracking, reporting, and HR operations.
Skills & Experience
1. 36 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, employee grievance handling, performance management, and HR operations.
3. Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and interview coordination.
4. Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
9. Comfortable adapting to new HR tools and technologies.
