Role Objective:
A key objective of this position is to efficiently manage the end-to-end HR processes for international teams, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, compliance with employment laws, payroll processing, and employee record maintenance while fostering a positive work environment and contributing to overall organizational success.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in human resources with at least 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 of those years spent managing talent acquisition & talent management activities.
- International HR Specialist: Manage end-to-end international recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Coordinate with payroll agencies and handle employee grievances.
- International Talent Acquisition Specialist: Specializes in sourcing international candidates across functions. Coordinate recruitment, ensure compliance, and conduct onboarding.
- International HR Compliance Coordinator: Focus on legal compliance, employment contracts, and records. Facilitate payroll and settlements. Handle employee grievances.
- International HR Operations Coordinator: Oversee day-to-day HR operations for international teams. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and data analytics.
- International HR Analyst: Analyze and maintain international HR data. Support recruitment, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collection, preparation, and updating of all organizational structures for international teams, including Joint Ventures (JVs).
- Sourcing candidates for international vacancies from various channels, including:
- a. Recruitment Consultants
- b. Social Media
- c. Referrals from our employees
- Coordinating the recruitment cycle of international team members.
- Preparing approval documents and releasing offer letters while ensuring that candidates fully understand the employment terms and conditions.
- Collecting all required employment documents and organizing them in a defined manner.
- Conducting induction and orientation programs for new joiners in the international team.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, compensation structures, and personal tax aspects in various countries.
- Preparing and releasing employment contracts and consultant contracts whenever necessary.
- Ensuring employee records are accurately created and maintained in the employee record maintenance system and finance and accounting system.
- Coordinating the monthly attendance of all international team members.
- Preparing the payroll of international team members.
- Coordinating with payroll agencies in various countries for employees whose payrolls are processed in their respective countries.
- Managing the complete payroll and payment cycle for all international team members and consultants.
- Contributing to employee grievance handling processes.
- Coordinating and facilitating full and final settlements for departing international team members.
- Handling recruitment for vacancies in marketing, product management, clinical affairs, and other functional areas as required.
- Acting as an HR business process owner for the assigned functional areas.
- Maintaining and managing data, information, reports, and analytics for the International HR function.
