Job Description

Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
Ensure timely closure of the positions
Responsible for processing background verification as per the agreed TAT and documentation of the report
Responsible for proper employee induction in coordination with Business
Secure employee engagement and welfare activities
Ability to work under own initiative and independently
Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
Flexible approach to work and able to react effectively to a rapidly changing environment
Be a change agent and model, challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions
Proficiency in MS Office
