About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Nedumkandam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, incentive calculations, and employee documentation. This is a full-fledged HR operations role requiring strong coordination and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Prepare and verify employee salary data, attendance, leave records, and deductions.
Calculate monthly incentives and ensure timely disbursement.
Coordinate with Accounts and other departments regarding payroll-related activities.
Statutory Compliance
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements.
Coordinate with government departments and auditors when required.
HR Documentation
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained systematically.
HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee data in HR systems.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related software.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
