We run a recruitment agency and a managed HR services practice. You'll handle HR for our internal team in Goa and Pune and support client accounts we manage.
What you'll do
- Onboarding, documentation, performance cycles, exits
- Payroll inputs, attendance, PF/ESIC/PT compliance
- Offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, warning letters
- HRMS management (greytHR preferred)
- Support for our Qatar managed services account
What we need
- 2-4 years in HR generalist or HR ops
- Know your labour law and statutory compliance
- Worked on an HRMS before
- Can write well — letters, policies, client docs
- Based in Goa or ready to move here
Good to have
- HR outsourcing or managed services background
- GCC/Qatar compliance exposure
