Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
- Source candidates through online platforms, recruitment agencies, and HR networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with departments.
- Perform background verification for shortlisted candidates.
Offer Generation and Negotiation
- Manage the offer creation process, negotiate salary packages, and ensure timely offer acceptance.
Onboarding and Induction
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires at site locations.
- Coordinate joining formalities with site managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and relevant documentation.
Exit Formalities
- Oversee employee exit processes at site locations, ensuring all formalities are completed efficiently.
- Work closely with site managers to manage smooth employee transitions and final settlements.
Third-Party Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors handling temporary staff for the group.
- Manage employee joining, attendance, exit formalities, and monthly payments with vendors.
MIS Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on recruitment, onboarding, exits, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze key HR data and present findings to management.
Travel to Site Locations
- Travel to various sites as needed for recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and other HR-related activities.
Education Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
